La Sostenibilità d’impresa si pone oggi come impegno volontario delle imprese di eccellenza che vogliono diminuire il proprio impatto ed esternare la presa in carico di una responsabilità più marcata verso l’Ambiente e la Comunità in cui si inseriscono\, mantenendo ferma la necessità di creazione di valore e di benessere economico\, modulando la propria governance verso una visione strategica basata sui pilastri ESG. In tale logica\, la Compliance sembra essere data per scontata\, eppure nessun approccio gestionale e nessuna attività d’impresa può prescindere dall’attenzione alla propria conformità legislativa. \n  \n  \n
